Dr. Amir Toren brings over 25 years of leadership in life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. He currently serves as CEO of BioGal, a veterinary diagnostics company undergoing a full strategic transformation under his leadership. At BioGal, he is driving a comprehensive turnaround that includes penetrating new global territories, rebuilding the company’s U.S. market strategy, establishing strategic commercial partnerships, and leading the development of next-generation diagnostic platforms to restore growth after the collapse of the Chinese market.

Dr. Toren also serves as Co-CEO and Board Member at AccYouRate Group S.p.A., where he leads the commercialization of CE-certified smart wearables, including global regulatory approvals, large-scale manufacturing, and multinational business partnerships. Under his leadership, the company secured €12M in strategic funding and is positioned for significant expansion.

Previously, as Venture Partner, CTO, and VP Business Development at NGT3VC, he evaluated more than 150 startups annually and managed a portfolio of 27 life sciences companies. His expertise in regulatory strategy, FDA pathways, and IP development was central to advancing early-stage technologies toward clinical and commercial readiness.
