Kobi Eisenberg serves as President of Mobility for Element Fleet Management (TSX: EFN), the world's largest publicly traded pure-play automotive fleet manager. In this role, Kobi leads Element's technology roadmap and product development while overseeing Autofleet, the leading fleet management optimization platform.

Kobi joined Element through the company's acquisition of Autofleet, the SaaS platform he co-founded and scaled to serve clients across diverse mobility verticals in over 20 countries spanning five continents. Under his leadership, Autofleet delivers innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience throughout the mobility sector.

Before co-founding Autofleet, Kobi led product and technology teams at both high-growth startups and established corporations. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
