Estee Rosen
Estee Rosen is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of leadership across the health, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. She has founded and led companies from inception to market leadership, creating substantial value through strategic vision, innovation, and successful exits.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Hopec Pharma, Ms. Rosen leads the development of HOPEC, a first-in-class non-intravesical immunotherapy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). She is driving the company’s transition from pre-clinical success to first-in-human clinical trials, shaping corporate strategy, investor relations, and global partnerships to bring this transformative therapy to patients worldwide.
Previously, Ms. Rosen founded and served as CEO of Blueyes, an optical company that she built into a leading Israeli brand and successfully sold to CooperVision, one of the world’s largest vision-care companies. Following the acquisition, she was appointed CEO of CooperVision Israel, where she led the company’s integration, operations, and commercial expansion.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rosen served as General Manager of Novartis Consumer Health Israel, where she established the local subsidiary and positioned it as a market leader. She later expanded her role to oversee operations in Greece and Cyprus and contributed to developing regional marketing strategies across the EMEA region, strengthening Novartis’s strategic presence throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Ms. Rosen co-founded Workey, a non-profit organization that she leads on a volunteer basis, dedicated to helping hundreds of young people from Israel’s social and geographic periphery integrate into the workforce and build sustainable careers. She continues to be actively involved in this mission today.
She is also deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of executives and entrepreneurs, volunteering her time to guide, teach, and inspire emerging leaders in business and innovation.
In addition to her professional career, Ms. Rosen is an amateur photographer and has recently published her first photography book.
Ms. Rosen holds an MBA from Bradford University and a BSc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and Drexel University.
