Ethan Genende
Ethan is a specialist BizOps thought leader focused on building the operational backbone that turns early-stage startups into scalable, successful companies. Combining a background in M&A law and broad experience leading strategy & operations teams across multiple startups globally - including Israel, London, and South Africa - Ethan brings sharp decision-making instincts, hands-on people leadership and process rigor to founders navigating their earliest, highest-stakes decisions.
Founder of Two6 Flow, a Fractional COO Advisory, Ethan now advises first-time founders and early-stage teams on building the structure, reporting and operating rigor that investors, customers and team-members desperately seek. He works at the intersection of start-up reality and operational best-practice, helping founders move from early hustle to sustainable growth.
His approach centers on three things: 1) turning a founder's vision into a clear, actionable roadmap; 2) rallying the whole team around that vision - with sharper communication, faster decision-making and clearly owned roles & accountability; and 3) building the systems and technology - OKRs, dashboards, meeting cadences & AI processes - to ensure the team achieves those set outcomes.
